We start with an introduction to botanicals and help you build your recipe before entering the Gin School where you will distill your Gin.

During the afternoon we provide a tour of our distillery to show you our production area where we hand craft our INVICTA GIN collection and our RUMINATE hand crafted Rum in our beautiful bespoke copper stills, made in Germany by 4th generation still makers.

Classes operate Tuesday to Saturday from 2pm

This is a unique opportunity for Gin enthusiasts to learn about Gin, understand how to create a Gin recipe choosing from more than 50 botanicals, and then distill and proof your own bottle of Gin.

We will teach you safe distillation, and guide you on flavour profiles and botanical weights to achieve balance in your Gin.

The end result is you leave with a bottle that you made yourself and you can take it home to share with your friends and family or drink it all yourself!

During your Gin School Masterclass experience you taste our award winning INVICTA GIN collection, made here in our distillery in Porto.

We also provide a delicious cheese selection paired with our INVICTA GIN and give you a guided tour of our distillery and barrel room to show you how we produce our world class premium spirits.
