Elegant and complex this is the first Pure Single Rum to be distilled and matured in the city of Porto, in Portugal’s first urban distillery.

Produced using molasses in an open fermentation method and with our own proprietary yeast blend, our Rum is double distilled in our German pot stills before starting in new American Oak casks and finishing in a Tawny cask.

Individually numbered bottles limited to 490/500ml only.

Tasting Notes

Bottled at an ABV of 48.6% this is an exceptional and elegant, high ester rum with a beautiful balance of dried fruits, rich berry, vanilla and wood spice with a long finish and richness.

Best sipped neat at room temperature, or over ice (made only with purified water).
