Elegant and complex this is the release of the the first “Cask Strength” Pure Single Rum to be distilled and matured in the city of Porto, in Portugal’s first urban distillery.

Produced using molasses in an open fermentation method and resting on the lees for up to 10 days for a full flavour profile from our proprietary yeast blend, our Rum is double distilled in our German pot stills before starting in new American Oak casks and finishing in a Tawny cask.

For serious Rum drinkers we have bottled a limited number at “Cask Strength”.

Individually numbered bottles limited to 100/100 only.

Tasting Notes

Bottled at a cask strength of 120 proof this is his is an exceptional and elegant, high ester rum with a beautiful balance of dried fruits, rich berry, vanilla and wood spice with a long finish and richness.

Best sipped neat at room temperature, or over ice (made only with purified water).
